Channel Manager
The Channel Manager connects your hejGuide listings to online travel agencies (OTAs) like Booking.com, Airbnb, and Vrbo. Instead of manually updating each platform when something changes, the Channel Manager keeps everything in sync automatically -- availability, rates, and bookings flow between hejGuide and your connected channels in real time.
What the Channel Manager does
- Availability sync -- When a booking is made on one platform, availability is instantly updated on all connected channels. No more double bookings.
- Rate sync -- Update your prices in hejGuide and they push to all connected OTAs automatically.
- Booking import -- New reservations from Booking.com, Airbnb, and other channels are pulled into hejGuide with full guest details.
- Messaging -- Send and receive guest messages from connected platforms directly in your hejGuide inbox.
- Reviews -- View and respond to guest reviews from all connected platforms in one place.
How it works
The Channel Manager is powered by a professional channel management integration that handles the communication between hejGuide and each OTA. When you publish a listing, your property data is mapped to the format each channel expects. From that point on, changes flow both ways:
- You change something in hejGuide -- the update pushes to all connected channels within minutes.
- A guest books on an OTA -- the booking appears in hejGuide and availability updates across all other channels.
Sync runs automatically every 30 minutes, with instant webhook notifications for new bookings and messages.

The Channel Manager is a subscription feature. If you do not see it in your sidebar, check your account settings or contact support to upgrade your plan.
