Reviews
The Reviews module lets you view and manage guest reviews from your connected OTA platforms -- all from within hejGuide. Instead of logging into Booking.com and Airbnb separately to check reviews, you can see everything in one place.
What you can do
- View all reviews -- See guest reviews from Booking.com, Airbnb, and other connected channels in a single list.
- Track ratings -- Monitor your overall rating and see how individual reviews affect your score.
- Reply to reviews -- Write responses that are sent back to the OTA platform and displayed publicly on your listing.
- Submit guest reviews -- For Airbnb bookings, you can rate your guests and leave feedback directly from hejGuide.
- Stay on top of new reviews -- Unread reviews show a badge in the sidebar so you never miss one.
Requirements
To use the Reviews module, you need:
- An active Channel Manager subscription.
- At least one listing published to the Channel Manager and connected to an OTA.
Reviews are pulled in automatically as part of the Channel Manager synchronization. There is no separate setup required.
TIP
Responding to reviews promptly and professionally is one of the most effective ways to improve your ranking on OTA platforms. Most platforms factor response rate and speed into their search algorithms.
