Inviting Members
Add team members to your hejGuide account so they can help manage your properties.
Sending an Invitation
- Go to Team in the sidebar
- Click Invite Team Member
- Enter their email address
- Select a permission template (or set custom permissions)
- Choose which listings they can access (all or specific ones)
- Click Send Invitation
The team member receives an email with a link to accept the invitation. If they don't have a hejGuide account yet, they'll be asked to create one.
Managing Invitations
- Pending invitations are shown at the top of the Team page
- Resend an invitation if the team member didn't receive it
- Cancel a pending invitation if you changed your mind
- Revoke access for an existing team member to remove them from your account
TIP
Team members don't need their own subscription — they access your account through the invitation you send.
WARNING
Revoking a team member's access is immediate. They will lose access to your account as soon as you confirm.
Transferring Ownership
If you need to transfer account ownership to another person (e.g., selling your business), use the Transfer Ownership option. This makes the other person the primary account holder.
