Exporting Your Data

Download a copy of all personal data hejGuide stores about you:

1. Go to Account → GDPR & Data
2. Click Export My Data
3. A file is generated containing your personal information, bookings, and account data
4. Download the export file

TIP

Data exports include your profile information, bookings, guest data, and transaction history. Use this for your own records or to transfer data to another system.

Requesting Account Deletion

If you want to permanently delete your hejGuide account:

1. Go to Account → GDPR & Data
2. Click Request Account Deletion
3. Confirm your decision

WARNING

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — listings, bookings, templates, and settings — will be removed. Make sure to export your data first if you need it.

Your Data Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — view and export your personal data at any time
• Rectification — update incorrect personal information via your profile settings
• Erasure — request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability — export your data in a standard format
