Products & Services

The Products & Services module lets you offer additional extras to your guests -- from early check-in and late check-out to bike rentals, welcome packages, airport transfers, and more. Products can be added to bookings as extra charges, giving you a simple way to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.

What you can do with Products & Services

  • Create a product catalog -- Define the extras you offer with names, descriptions, prices, and images.
  • Organize by category -- Group products into categories like "Experiences", "Amenities", or "Transport" for easy browsing.
  • Link products to bookings -- Add products to individual bookings as extra charges that appear in the guest's booking summary.
  • Control availability by listing -- Not every product is relevant at every property. Assign products to specific listings so only the right extras are offered.

Getting started with Products & Services

  1. Make sure the Products & Services module is enabled in your subscription.
  2. Go to Products & Services in the sidebar.
  3. Create categories to organize your offerings.
  4. Add your first product with a name, price, and description.
  5. When creating or editing a booking, add products from the Products tab.

TIP

Think about what your guests commonly ask for. Early check-in, grocery delivery, crib rental, and parking are all popular extras that can be set up as products. Even simple items like firewood bundles or beach equipment can be offered this way.
