Connecting Expedia

Prepare your property

In Expedia Partner Central, open Rooms and Rates → Connectivity Settings. Select Channex for both connectivity and bookings. This is the provider name used by our channel manager. Expedia may require two-factor authentication.

Connect in hejGuide

1. Open your listing's Channel manager tab and choose Expedia.
2. Enter your Expedia property ID and select Test connection.
3. Match the rooms and rates returned by Expedia to your hejGuide rooms and price variants.
4. Save the connection, then open its management controls and activate it when ready.
5. Verify prices, availability and restrictions in Expedia after activation.

If access fails, confirm the property ID and provider selection in Expedia. If no rooms or rates appear, check their configuration in Partner Central. Contact support with the exact error if the issue persists.
